The premise itself was intriguing and the book delivered on everything it promised. It was a high octane action thriller with a great MC and a varied set of characters, all of whose reactions to an extreme event were realistic and believable. I didn't hope for much in the way of suspense or strategy but the book surprised me. All around, it was an enjoyable thriller and I'm hoping to read more from the author.
