About this listen

It’s every mother’s worst nightmare....

I’ve done a terrible thing. I’ve told too many lies.

It’s gone too far and now my best friend’s one year old daughter, Eden, is missing.

I know what happened but I can’t tell anyone my secret, I can’t tell the police or Eden’s parents.

But I know who has her and I’ll risk everything to get her back....

Perfect for fans of Liane Moriarty, Shari Lapena and Lisa Jewell.

Good

While a babysitter is taking care of the baby, she is attacked and the baby is kidnapped.

This is a reverse story, the kidnapper's identity is known, the reason for the kidnapping is also known but how the story progresses later is interesting.

The book starts fast but gets slow in the middle and later picks up the pace. It's an interesting and fun read. It's good to read the book from the victim and kidnapper's perspective rather than the cops perspective. That's what made this a unique read. The plot is simple and the number of characters is perfect. Overall, it's a good read and is recommended to all crime and suspense lovers.
