About this listen
It is the morning of the reaping that will kick off the 10th annual Hunger Games. In the Capitol, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow is preparing for his one shot at glory as a mentor in the Games. The once-mighty house of Snow has fallen on hard times, its fate hanging on the slender chance that Coriolanus will be able to out charm, outwit, and outmaneuver his fellow students to mentor the winning tribute.
The odds are against him. He’s been given the humiliating assignment of mentoring the female tribute from District 12, the lowest of the low. Their fates are now completely intertwined - every choice Coriolanus makes could lead to favor or failure, triumph or ruin. Inside the arena, it will be a fight to the death. Outside the arena, Coriolanus starts to feel for his doomed tribute...and must weigh his need to follow the rules against his desire to survive no matter what it takes.

Mind blowing
I absolutely love this book. It portrays Snow's growth into the cruel Sociopathic person. Dark as it can get. This was the second time listening to it and I can't get enough of it all. The first winner of district 12,the development of the games and even the cruelty and plot twists. It's creepy and feels so realistic on so many occasions.

A brilliant piece of literature!!!
I've never read a book quite like this. Presented from the point of view of another book's antagonist, it is a proof of absolutely excellent writing. The author has done a great job and I except similar themes from her in the future.

Great Book But I miss Tatiana's voice
Amazing story but the I think Tatiana's voice was much more relaxing .She conveyed every character effortlessly, but this male voice is not that great.
I give him 3 stars 🌟

A glimpse into the mind of a Slytherin...
A+ narration (except for the singing parts).
The story was really interesting in the beginning, but in the end, I realised I had more questions now than before...

Great but would like to know more
loved the book but it would have been better if Suzene would have revealed about the world outside Panam. Narration was great but you could feel the narrators voice changing after breaks.
