Critic Reviews

"A practical, straightforward book that will be a great help to those who have bipolar illness, as well as their families. I could not recommend this book more highly." (Kay Redfield Jamison, Ph.D., author of An Unquiet Mind)

Too US oriented

This is a great book that teaches us how to understand our Bipolar Disorder. I was diagnosed in 2022, and it helped me a lot with understanding how to manage what I had. There are some spotches in the book that are US oriented so I would have skipped those in a physical book. I wish we had an option to do so here.
