The body scan is a good guided meditation.
The body scan is a very detailed guided meditation. Joseph Loizzo has a good soothing voice. Scan is very descriptive anatomically. Takes one from entire left side to entire right side, a different sequence. However he forgets some parts on the right side esp the ear area, and confuses in pelvis as he confuses both sides. Mouth nasal cavity sinus palate throat regions may be expanded as they have very detailed representation in brain.
The other 3 aspects of foundations of mindfulness (mindfulness of feelings, mind, and phenomena) (satipathaana sutta) are just brief descriptions. Those 3 meditations start as though each is a guided meditation, but they are not.
Joseph Loizzo needs to redo these and upload again.
