Excellent guide to RE investing, but have a doubt
The book is a good guide to real estate investing. But on chapter 3 (four sample plans) where in the author has shared his first plan of generating cash flow from buying & renting 4 plex property, seems he has not accouted for the monthly interest to be paid out in the form of EMI to the lender/ bank. This will actually block the free cash flow from the property hence voiding the entire calculation he has mentioned in it. I kindly request the author to throw some light on this & help resolve my query. Thanks in advance.
