handy guide must have in present day

very practical guide and covers the subject well. accept it or not, we all face some kind of brain fog experience in our life, the sedentary lifestyle, consumerism, pushing instant pharma fixes, junk food is aging our brains faster than usual. there's always dullness and lack of energy in our lives.

this book provides practical and manageable guide that anyone can follow, and observe positive changes in their lives.. basically 3 parts -

healthy diet

physical activity

mindfulness/socialization

Good Info But..

Very good Information
Good reading by the narrator
Clear and easy to understand
BUT.. a lot of it is particularly for America i think
So being an Indian i did not know many of the medicines etc he was speaking about
But still worth a listen

Lots of good things

Through this book Dr. Mike has recommended multiple simpler dietary, physical, spiritual changes for a healthy & happy life.

I liked it and will recommend the book.

incredibly boring

did not finish. extremely repetitive. meant for an American audience perhaps? as a doctor, I found it incredibly boring and badly structured. I dont know how someone outside healthcare is even supposed to keep up . sugar sugar sugar. that's all.

Heavily biased towards American large corp qnd people.

First of all, if you live America you can read and go a shopping binge.
Most of things he saying are only cheaply available in America. These things like epa rich omega 3 and extra Virgin olive oils. USA based Alaskan tuna or fish cost about 4 times for for the rest of world.

There are more than 6 Bilion people for whom this book is not useful for.

And I have seem plenty of healthy people in India eating regular food which as per Doctor should have killed them a long ago.

He went all focused into Micros nutrients.
