Amazing moved by plight of mice

Just loved in depth knowledge about subject of which I am personally concerned with but could not help but feel sadness and guilt for the amount of torture poor mice had to go through in order to obtain it.

a must read if there was any

loved the book...while I had chosen to read it as part of my work related reference effort, this book has been transformative on the personal front. highly informative and actionable...therefore highly recommend as a must read for everyone.

Great in-depth, well-explained stuff

This book is going to save my life. Great for obese and shift workers, and for overall optimum health for the general population too. Thanks, Audible, and Dr. Panda for providing such a eye-opening info which could restore our missing link between nature and us.

Insightful and great narration

The book is very insightful, I haven't yet tried much of the techniques but they they do make a lot of sense intuitively.
The narration is soothing to ear and I can listen to it for long time without getting distracted by the voice modulations.
