The end…is only the beginning.

After a mysterious global event known only as “The Change”, six strangers wake up in an underground research facility where they learn that they’re part of the Extinction Trials - a scientific experiment to restart the human race.

But the Extinction Trials harbors a very big secret.

And so does the world outside.

From A.G. Riddle, the Amazon Charts and Wall Street Journal best-selling author with over four million copies sold worldwide in 20 languages, comes an epic stand-alone adventure with a surprise ending unlike anything you’ve ever heard before.

Worst book i read all year.this got published?how?

"Something wrong was going on here but i can't understand what it might be but owen knew it was odd,it was dangerous. This was important" , "what happened? "I don't know"" why did you do that? I don't know" what do you mean? I don't know." "what you don't know? I can't remember." shut up cut the bs out. Horrible, just extremely stupid, shockingly boring, just wow level of nonsense upon nonsense, too much mumbo jumbo, everyone parrots and narrates the plot and tells everything to everyone with exposition upon exposition literally typing out everything is a bullet-point of info dump. Characters are cutout cardboard, neither do you care if they are or aren't,nor does anyone have any actual character in them except their name and general info. Owen- fire fighter.saves..Doesn't really know what or who she is but is intelligent...alastair-annoying guy who no one listens to and who shouts and whines all the time...Then there are secrets and plot twists that are not built upon nor given enough time neither do they make any sense at all. Just throw whatever bs and see what sticks. God damn it,if this is what gets you published,if this is the amount of work it takes to become a best-selling author and get top reviews, what the hell have i been doing all my life,i also have no skill and terrible at it..This actually makes me sad. There are so many awesome writers out there and this drivel is what people choose instead. I get subjectivity and support it completely but no matter how i try other perspectives to understand why this is popular and who would like this but try as i might this doesn't sound like a book for anyone and yet so many give it 5stars and 4stars...and i wonder if i am missing something or what am i not seeing?

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
