One of the most profound books ever written in the world of Film Direction.

Judith’s depth of knowledge, clarity of thought, and ability to offer myriad solutions addressing complex issues and situations in the world of directing, is in a word - astounding. Her voice and style of presentation is both, energetic and calming, making it perfect for extended hours of listening. I lost count of the number of clips and bookmarks I made along the way. There is just so much insight and information that I would want to return and listen to, again and again. It is one of those rare works of genius that affords you a lifetime of learning. A keeper for every film director out there.
