Amazing Read, for someone in Mid management

If you have lead teams in the past, this book will provide a great perspective, may be challenge the approach you been following since years!

Personally I have been tagged as a go getter by the CEO's I have reported into, but to make it to the next level of leadership, it requires one to go beyond that, become a Go Giver, as I rethink my journey I believe that most CEO's I have worked with were Go Givers, first and Go getters later!
