Smashing voice acting
Rosamund Pike has forever spoiled me for any other voice actors.
The voice modulations, tones, diction. The book and setting comes so alive.
Jordan's world building has always been fantastic and it isa credit to Pike that she makes it more vivid in this narration. Absolutely wonderful!
I am gonna eagerly await for the dragon reborn and the rest of it.

Brilliant follow up
Brilliant sequel, better than the first book! Rosamund Pike’s performance is excellent and cannot wait to start the next one.

Narration and Emotions
Her voice is divine. No words to express. She has got me in audio books. It was hard coming out of the book world when I finished the series, now the audio books won't leave me. What have I gotten myself into 😊

Once you start, you cannot stop
Great narration, Loved it in the voice of Rosamund Pike. The fights are written in a way I had never heard before. You don't want it to end and that's a sign it's a good book.

Rosamund shines again as a superior narrator
No, I think Rosamund Pike is just superior to all the narrators ever.
Sorry not sorry, and I mean no offense - but 0.5 stars are docked for every single audiobook I listen to if Miss Pike is not the narrator.
She is even better in this one - the part where (spoiler ahead) she is narrating all of Rand's lives through the portal stones, I was riveted and had goosebumps throughout. Her voice is so good at invoking emotions and using tones to very clearly portray moods and humor! The increased number of characters in this doesn't flag her talent at differentiating between characters either! I hope amazon forks over the cash to keep her reading these books out loud for us even if they ever (god forbidding) decide to cancel the series.
As for the story - an amazing, enjoyable ride! It's been so long since I've read an adventure, quest, journey kind of a story - with Eye of the World, even though some of the aspects were there, it just didn't feel the same. There's something very different about the Great Hunt and, I loved it. I hope the Dragon Reborn keeps up the pace - because I'm genuinely invested now, and I would love to keep this flow going.

Keep to connected throughout
The story line is superb apart from a very small part which gets too stretched the whole story keeps you connected and wanting to continue listening until it is over and after it is over you wish it only continued.

90 for the Story and a 100 for the performance
While the story drags a bit with over explanation of every scene, the overall story was enticing and kept me glued throughout. Rosamund Pyke has done it again with her spotless performance and cant wait to see her again in the second season of WoT. Highly recommended listen.

Inspired voice acting
I was transported and spell bound by Rosamund Pike's voice acting. At places I couldn't believe it was her. I fell in love with her ability to juggle so many characters, each with a distinct and nuanced voice.

What a story and performance
My respect for Rosamund Pike just increased 10 fold... The story is awesome but her performance is unparalleled. The rest of the series books are available with other readers but I think I will wait till Rosamund Pike picks up the rest...
