Evolving Tool
Its a beautiful book written by a master in making. It tries to cover aspects of meditation through scientific basis of modern neurophysiology. His depth seems to have evolved from his own inadequacies that these techniques have helped him overcome. He wants that to share with us so that we too can have a healthy, happy, contented and compassionate life. The narration is beautiful. Want to evolve? This is one tool.
