Running well is a skill that can be learnt.

This is a great book to understand the minutiae of running. It goes beyond the concept of (bare)feet while explaining how the whole body is involved in running. The author offers us all hope by pointing out that we can relearn and retrain our bodies to running well in six months times.
Thanks.
