The most powerful read of mine till date

I was a chronic procrastinator but that was before I read this book. Totally transformative and way better than other books on the topic for it assists us to change for better rather than pointing out and preaching. We all know our mistakes and we hate someone retelling those to us. Neil Fiore has been mindful of this right from the very beginning which is why listening to the audiobook has been such a delight. As a 'former' procrastinator I could relate to whatever he said and was jumping with joy to have finally found the real solution that had been bothering me for three decades. I am happy that I started on it, only to finish it in one day as it was so engrossing. This is the fastest I have ever been when it comes to books. It's not just worth every dime, but much more than that. I wish to thank Neil Fiore profusely with all the reverence. Read the book and you'll concur with my review, you'll not find it flattering. I wish it is introduced as a formal courseware in schools and universities. 'Life-changing' is what I would call it if ever I was asked to describe it in one word.

Very insightful

It resonates well. it is really helpful. i will adapt to the techniques mentioned here and hope to overcome this habit now.
