Easy breezy listen with valuable tips
I loved the way the book has pointed out what we all can do to get rid of this excess weight. It is about management and not going through series of diets that do us more harm. I urge everyone to give this a read.

Must read for every woman out there!
The narrator was a delight to listen to. Rujuta has really cleared the air on all the myths around PCOS and Throid issues. Very insightful, every woman must give this a listen.

Best book on PCOD
I actually didn't know that what I was eating from so many years was the best food for my body. Every word in this book is like a music to everyone's ears who love their "Ghar ka khana".

perfect book on the given subject
very nice book.after listening you feel like you need not worry too much if u have thyroid or pcod/ pcos .anyone can get well if they practice conscious & local eating habits/ proper exercise routine & follow proper sleep patern. Love Rujuta Diwekar councelling.

Verygood read
Though this is a health book it does not constraint itself from discussing interesting things related to indian culture. Can be understood by anyone and remedies suggested are proven and easy to get.
