Reminiscing the Chhotu chromosome
Having spent more than 15 years with this chromosome, it was a must read for me. Not only to re-live the moments of having many Firsts in my lab, like FISH, presenting the paper in clinical meeting, witnessing 10+ years survivors, rejoicing successful bone marrow transplantation with the dedicated medical team; but also to teach the masters students, to give them a feel of doing science!
Quite a few important stories of the field are missing however.
Excellent account of grit that lead to this path changing scenario of cancer treatment today.
