one of the best self help book

Is book mein hmari aadton ki vajah se hmari life pr pdne vale prbhav ko btaya gya hai... jo hme realise krwati hai ki hme apni life m kyu kuch achi aadton ko apnana chahiye aur kuch buri aadton ko jldi hi chhod dena chahiye. overall bahut achi book hai... intersting hai bs last ke kuch ek pages mujhe thode boaring feel hue but otherwise ye bahut bdhiya book hai.

The example and explanation are very much authentic

must read before u die. it will definitely change your view. If anyone just can't find path in religious books or motivational speech please read it.

must listen book --too much dramatically narrated

it compells us to introspect
we can ralate it and it teaches us how should we imrove.
mr. ravinder sir the narrater is too dramatic
i listen un car or in headfon and the time he changes his voice to a old person is so irritating.i dont think this much drama is needed in narration of a self help book

अदभुत, खूपच छान

पुस्तकातील माहिती, उदाहरणसहित माडल्याने समजायला खूप सोपे आणि इंटरेस्टिंग आहे, त्यामुळे ऐकताना पुस्तक कसे संपले ते कळून येत नाही, शिवाय आपल्या सवयींवर नियंत्रण कसे करावे याचे ज्ञान ही चांगले होते, धन्यवाद

Earlier chapters are more interesting

Stories are fine to know how a habit can cause worse results but it will not teach you how to deal with it.

Earlier chapters are real interesting that shows how habit work. Craving Response Reward fantastic.
