Simple Concept - Easily Missed
I have read and listened to Power of Now several times now. It doesn't matter how many times I come back, it still resonates well within me. The concept of being present (especially through inner body awareness) is a great practice, and it helped me to feel almost superhuman (must be my imagination) in day-to-day happenings (whenever am conscious enough to do so). An excellent book/audiobook with meaningful interactions and insights...
