Great book, but echo in narration.

Loved the book. Nathaniel Branden is of the stature a true guru. As exhorted at multiple times during the audiobook narration, it's definitely worth the effort of doing the exercises- I used up 2 whole notebooks for it! Each chapter explores some pillar of self-esteem and at the end you feel like you've been through an exhaustive self-perception overhaul. The only problem was with the narration- it sounded like a home setup. But you know what, the book still shines despite this small flaw.
