Interesting book and Great Narration
The book is very interesting and challenges the way we think and believe .. I always thought that there is something that creates the body and controls it but I never got any acceptable explanation. With this book i think the downward causation and choice of consciousness is a good explanation. Looking for answers further. Also remember the quote
Aham Brahmasmi... does it mean I am a part of universal consciousness and thus I am the creator of myself ???
