Must for everyone sharing his/ her career

On the face of it, the content is unmatched. The interviews with industry leaders lesser known to us prove the point that each one of, when having the right direction, can work towards achieving our goals. I was quite impressed with the choice of leaders. The book is a must for those who are starting a career, mores for those in middle management. At the age of 50 (almost) I changed by industry with every shift and did reasonably well. I could have done better if Shiv had written this book 25 years earlier.

PS: The narration by the rest of the narrators is strictly ok... in fact it irritates because of the emphasis given on certain words... Never have I ever heard anyone speak like that. You could have done better in narration. Shiv's narration is amazing: He talks to you... like a mentor.

Not sure who the book is for

The book covers multiple topics from career choices to board appointments but each chapter seems to be addressing different personas in the corporate world. People with different seniority levels will identify with only a handful of chapters and not the entire book. That didn't work for me.

Not much relevant

It’s a good collection of experience and thoughts but more elaborate and may not be useful in all ways.
I did not feels much use of it and it can’t be this much big issues . So ratted low

This is a documentary! based on top executives

The author considered only about the top executives while preparing this. Not useful for middle level or entry level. Not worth it
