About this listen
Why can you vividly recall the day your father took you to your first baseball game many years ago, but you can’t remember where you just put the car keys? The process of how - and what - we remember is a fascinating window into who we are and what makes us tick. In this audiobook, we explore what science can and can’t tell us about memory.

Possibly a little dated
most od the articles are from 2000 - 2012. A lot has changed in the last 10 years in our understanding of the brain, so some of the articles may be a little dated. A lot of research is done on mice and rats, so the links to humans who have a much different brain is at best tenuous, and at worst wrong. Its hard to be accurate and claim understanding without real information, and hence this topic is very speculative. Overall its pretty good and gives some good advice such as the importance of a healthy diet and exercise to maintaining a comfortable lifestyle. Some of the articles are pretty informative and some a little brief. For better information, reading the current magazine, or doing a search in the topic after listening to the article may bring you up to date.
