Calming and will Fill You with Positive Thoughts
Listen to this whenever you need a dopamine hit. Voice is calming and will guide you into a better, calmer mood. The actual laws are very generic. But still worth listening to.

Matter is good. Reading is disturbing.
The matter of the book is really nice. The way of explanation and the action item oriented summary really brings out the essence.
However, the diction of the reader is somehow unnerving to me. It was difficult to concentrate on the matter sometimes when the ss and zz sounds hit the ears.
Would be fantastic if someone else reads it.
