So deep, have to practice again n again
All chapters are so knowledgeable but without practice, it will be nothing. So listen, practice, apply, achieve.

Reliving the Silva Method
A great way to learn the Silva Method. A must have. Jose Silva Bonus in the end the highlight.

Good to practice
I am a Silva student and I've been practicing this art for 5 years now (2020). It's one of the best books of learning self discipline techniques and does help a lot if practiced regularly and in a structured manner.
