Practical tips and guide to handle stress

The book covers all the points related to stress in the modem lifestyle we live, reasons for why we have them, links it with the physiology of the human body and offers practical solution to reduce them to the maximum extent possible. The fact that this book comes from a medical expert and he himself narrates the book is an absolute bonus. Rangan has put every effort to keep the explanation detailed, yet concise to keep you listening till the end . Loved the book, and looking forward to implement the ideas. Thanks!

Tactical Way to manage stress

It's wonderful audio book, gives a detailed insight of science behind stress and ways to manage it by adding love, purpose, touch , exercise etc. in your day-to-day life.

Excellent apt advice for today's times.

Well researched and updated information and advice too! May be there book format is better because I'm sure everyone will find a LOT to makes notes and highlight.

quite informative n enjoyable

the book is quite informative n narration by DR. Chatterjee is refreshing n enjoyable...the facts have been presented in a positive way (unlike some other books in the genre which create alarm)... finished quickly...like a breeze

Incredibly effective book

Packed with incredible, easy-to-follow and scientifically researched advices. They are Simple, but make perfect sense as the author has backed them with a "why" behind all.
His narration is great. Great voice and accent!!
