But her greatest adversary of all might be the very man she’s trying to free - the husband she betrayed.
With everything she loves in jeopardy, Lara must decide who - and what - she is fighting for: her kingdom, her husband, or for herself.

One day binge
Love the story, characters and the plot. The performance was also good. Captivating. Did not like the chapter intro drums.

great storyline
if the storyline would have not been so enticing I would have left the book too soon due to the continuous drums after each chapter....but damm the story it's so enchanting that u can even do with the drums

Absolutely mind-blowing!!
This was so good! Even better than the first part, for me!
It was fast paced and kept me completely hooked to the story and I just loved every bit of it!

a must read
so amazing. I just couldn't stop listening. loved Lara and Aren so much. the story is fast paced and full of twists and turns. not a single dull moment.

Entrancing and at the edge of my seat.
After reading book one and immediately starting this, I expected to take a break.. yet I could just not put it down..
the descriptions so vivid that it creates the scene with ease, wanting you to know more.. guess where they are going with it.
The cities and people feeling like ones who know.. can't wait for more... 🥰

have to listen 1st book 1st than go for this.
it's good ....
only thing I feel ots lacking is good feelings .
like in whole book they r at war ...but still worth listening for sure.
