Narration could have been better
Some contents can be questionable such as quoting ADD, S.A.D as not essentially disorders but products of marketing(copywriters) is a little extreme but most other parts does make sense. Wonder what is the reason of such a jet speed when most audience won’t be able to understand

One of the best Self-help books ever
I'm glad I got to this book at the start of my entrepreneurial journey. The thorough explanation of our biggest enemy, "resistance", in so many ways, citing references from the cultures from all around the world with an open to truly "get to" everyone who reads this book was a very gratifying and effective experience. The simple phrasings and explanations were also a breath of fresh air; not pretentious at all but still every bit as meaningful as it gets. The audible version had some grandiose music in the background, at times, as well which only elevated the experience imo. The delivery is even humorous at times which also made the book more gripping. Amazing book; will have to revisit this one once every year or so.

This book has changed my life
Crip and neat.. I have read it about 6 to 7 times till date. This is one of my top 10 books of all time.
Resistance is real and it make so easy (so i thought ) to compartmentalize it and counter it. I believe everyone can 'counter-resistance', if they choose to. And this book all about doing just that.

review
music is little loud and long than needed
explaining point too briefly without examples pretty ambiguous to reap the meaning and don't have too much knowledge about religions
but good observation of resistance. listening to this guy seems he a toxic person and looks as if he is roasting someone.
