Life Changing and Healing

This is my first attempt to understanding embodiment, healing, and how to access aliveness in and through your body. I struggle with anxiety and have a history of disordered eating, and this book was a fantastic resource to give new language to how I think and live in my body. It’s transformative and so urgent.
