Publisher's Summary

A confident child is a happy child.

The affirmations and music on this download will aid to increase your child's self esteem and confidence, and build a more confident and positive outlook. It can be used anytime, although for best results it should be listened to before going to sleep and on waking in the morning when the mind is at its most suggestive. There is no limit to how many times it can be used, although we suggest a minimum of 40 consecutive days to achieve the greatest results.

The affirmations are positive sentences that describe a desired situation. They are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into a positive action. Imagine that you are swimming with your friends in a swimming pool. They swim 15 lengths, something you have never done before. As you desire the respect of your friends, you want to show them that you can make it too. You start swimming, and at the same time keep repeating in your mind: "I can do it, I can do it...." You keep thinking and believing that you are going to complete the 15 lengths. What are you actually doing? You are repeating positive affirmations.

The calming and uplifting tone of the music has been specially developed to work alongside the affirmations to create the good feelings associated with the positive words.
