Weil Tilla mit Zaubern zum Leidwesen ihrer Hexenmutter Pitrilla nichts am Hut hat, ist es für sie eine sehr anstrengende Aufgabe, einen Menschen glücklich zu machen. Lange sucht sie auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt nach einem Opfer... und dann lernt sie Benno, den Geiger, kennen. Und der ist gar nicht glücklich darüber, als Tilla bei ihm auftaucht.
