A good guide for leaders and entrepreneurs
It’s a sharp and focused take on how businesses should approach their vision, goals, structure and operations.
It reinforces some common sense SL practices, yet strung together, they make a lot of sense.
Some aspects of the book made me rethink how I have approached aspects of work.
What’s missing is the ‘cultural nuance’ - This book is American to the core, does not account for other cultures of work.
While listening, some suggestions felt impractical in the Indian work context. But as long as you are conscious of this, it is a good read.
I like highlighting passages or pointers on Kindle. I found it tricky to do so on Audible.

Little too long
Great insights though little repetitive, could have said the same thing in 50% of the time. Narration little flat and monotonous.
