not as good

after reading dear laura by gemma amor earlier this year and being blown away by it, i expected this book to be just as good but it did not live up to expectations at all. i kept falling asleep (figuratively) and getting distracted repeatedly and the storytelling was pretty slow. narration was good but the storytelling wasn't what i expected
