 金子みすゞは、大正時代末期から昭和時代初期にかけて活躍した童謡詩人ですが、26歳の若さで自らこの世を去っています。その短い期間に、当時の童話、婦人雑誌である『童話』『婦人倶楽部』『婦人画報』『金の星』などに投稿した詩が一斉に掲載され、当時の著名な詩人である西條八十からは“若き童謡詩人の中の「巨星」”とまで賞賛されました。が、しかし、しばらくその存在は忘れられていました。ところが、1980年代以降に改めて注目されることとなり、今では世代を超えて広く親しまれています。金子みすゞは、500編以上の詩を残していますが、その世界は聴く人によって受け止め方は様々です。ここでは、生前に発表された詩を中心に46編の詩を朗読しました。お聴きになる皆さんそれぞれの感性で、“若き巨星”金子みすゞの詩の世界をどうぞお楽しみ下さい。(C)wis(C) 2012 wis Classics Poetry
