Today I have the privilege of sitting down with a guest whose friendship I truly cherish. Our friendship is, in fact, the oldest surviving friendship I have. Sometimes we talk often, sometimes not much at all, but it’s always like the conversation never really stopped—almost like we’ve hit the pause button waiting for our next time to catch up. I’m excited to share this catch-up with all of you.
Christopher is a Musician most days, but his talents are so numerous, it’s hard to narrow them down. He describes himself as a dad, a friend, and a listener. He’s a lover of music, of books, and of learning—with a surprising knowledge of hardware, construction, and tools. But the amount of knowledge he carries around about the automotive world is astounding. In fact, it’s probably why we became friends way back when, as there were few people that could tell me something about a then-current car that I didn’t already know.
He can drive a stick, play the bass, build a mean lego dream house, and still manage to find time to read, spend time with his family, and be just about the nicest person you’ll meet.
If you’re ready to learn a bit about any number of subjects, this is the episode for you. So now, ladies, gentlemen—all you remarkable people, welcome Christopher Neel to the show.
