    Kate also lectures at Deakin University, Chisholm TAFE and FIA Fitnation in subject areas of diabetes, weight loss, heart disease, bariatric surgery nutrition and food intolerance.

    She is truly passionate about helping to empower individuals across all walks of life make real change within their own lives.
