It has been a hard month! I haven't had the easiest time staying motivated especially when my body feels like it's crumbling. If you have been feeling similarly I quickly share 3 hacks that help me stay motivated when I feel like giving up. Although we can't control certain circumstances we can control the environment in which we operate in them.
