Hi everyone Episode 3 is here! the last pre Disney post, scheduled to come out Monday the 6th. next episode may be the 20th as we strive to get back into the swing with school.

This episode is all about English class, and pastry science. may post some bonus content like the microphone picking up my stomach growling in a different recording. Also may include my cut rant on why colleges should structure English comp classes to emphasize the importance of English composition vs how they are structuring it to be some what emotional.

picture used is the pastry science text book! there are free links to it elsewhere, great book to understand how baking works! May I also suggest purchasing this book. When we have some extra cash, i do plan on purchasing a hard copy.
