They say the playground is where we not only have fun, but where we learn most. And our subconscious is just that! The space which houses our higher self. The “us” in our purest form. It is our true presence, our untainted spirit, and the all knowing compass that guides us on our path and nurtures us when we need it most.

As the subconscious connects us to our waking life, dreaming life, and after life, it would seem for us to be at a disadvantage to not regularly access it. It does after all hold the answers we so often seek. So how can we better communicate with this part of ourselves? How can we better tap in to help make this life a little less challenging and a little more magical? Sometimes we veer off track. Away from our soul’s path. And in order to recenter, we may at times be faced with crisis. But what’s it all for? And why do such harsh events show up in our lives? Is this change in direction really what’s best? And why does it have to be so painful?

In todays episode, I share a recent life altering event that allowed me to understand crises as not only a change in direction, but a rebalancing of our scale. Perhaps through the path of crisis we may find all our prayers ARE actually being answered… Through awareness, a change of perspective, and turning inward, may you use todays episode to help you rebalance if and when you are ever faced with hardships.

Today is all about the power of duality! As we evolve from the first dimension of unity, to the split within our second dimension of time and space, today we will discuss the importance of duality within the creation and movement of life. It is the positive and negative. The light and dark. Our purpose and our mission. Time and Space. Since the creation of our universe, both positive and negative energies have been needed for life itself. Have you ever wondered...What all can I become? How much can I expand? What all can I create? It is because of these initial thoughts that we are able to create and expand in the first place. And we as individual consciousness are just branches of the larger mass of consciousness that once shared this same thought. The thought that gave breath to our very existence. Only then, to one day contract back in. Bringing everything we learned back to our central point, and thus completing the breath of life.
