Same concept we still on self elevation, thru examination, and elimination of bad habits, but we just moved to real life events and stories from people like addicts in the hood of east st to the dealers and killers! The LESSONS accompanied with these crazy stories and experiences is what we are putting focus on though. Why? Bcz it’s those crazy times in our lives that made us who we are today bcz there was a lesson learned within that struggle! SO WHAT IT DO, WHAT IT DOES? WHAT IT IS? WHAT IT WAS?     So this episode is very important to me, & is literally needed in order to move forward with our journey! Deep self examination, aka self reflection, is going to produce our first REAL reality check, & with this comes discovery of not only the good within, but also all the things we have been running from! The aim is to dig and pull out who we THINK we are and know (killing our EGO) in other words, & detaching our false sense of identity from realities influences such as; materialistic possessions, EGO, greed, selfishness, pride, jealousy, etc..... & once we can overcome this hurdle, & learn to put EGO In the backseat, we then start to come into our spiritual self, & our higher self leads the way! So, this examination of self helps us 1. Understand that we really don't know Jack S***, 2. Ego needs to be put behind us to break the connection between us (real self) & false self of identity (material possessions, Ego, pride, manipulation, etc) all of which reality has turned us to! So no matter WHAT, don't feel like you have to start over, or as if you have been doing all of this wrong because this self exam will teach you how to turn all the things that makes false sense of your identity, & use it to set yourself free from suffering, & lingering pain, in which you then can help set other free from their suffering!     So we all have fallen victim to Regret. Regret of past decisions, & mistakes that we made. BUT! regret should not be us Wishing that we could have made a different decision. Regret of mistakes should be something we should be grateful for, why? Look at it like this, so a painter is painting a picture for an art show. As he gets to the middle of it, he has made a horrible mistake. He thinks, "oh I wish I wouldn't have done that"! But, he starts to come up with ways to blend his mistakes into the picture, & does just that. He starts painting with, & from the mistakes, blending them in, & eventually he is finished, & the final product is a pure MASTERPIECE!!! So look at the mistakes you regret as mistakes on the canvas of your life, & how those mistakes blended in with the bigger picture to ultimately create the finished MASTERPIECE you have become today! For without your mistakes & bad decisions, you wouldn't have become the perfect finished version of yourself that you are now!!
