Nora Lim and Jason Kennedy are good friends of mine who, I met here in Hong Kong, and are currently living in Chennai, South India for the past 5 years.

Both are teachers of music and yoga who bring their message of positivity, love and inner growth wherever they travel.

We had a such a rich and insightful conversation about mindfulness, spirituality giving ourselves space to breathe.
