The Mind must be monitored and managed through practices and tools that ensure the Ego is controlled resulting in an open and positive mindset. The Body, just like the Mind, needs positive inputs to keep it vibrant and engaged and that includes exercise, healthy routines and goals to achieve. The Spirit is the final component that gives the Mind and Body it's true meaning and purpose. This channel was created to share the possibilities of a spiritual awakening but it's purpose is to outline the importance of harmony and balance across all three of the components. That balance is what's required to achieve and maintain the Optimal State of Being.
