In today's episode, I talk about how focusing on the positive (which is happening 80% of the time) instead of the negative (which only happens 20% of the time or less) can change your life and your view of yourself, your abilities, and what's actually possible for you in this life. I share an exercise that will help you train your brain to see the positive in everything that you do, and objectively look at the rare negative occurrences that our brains have the tendency to blow out of proportion. Once you do can do this, everything will change for the better almost miraculously.
