Meet Greg Kinsey. A practitioner of meditation and holotropic breathwork, who has years of experience as a professional in the medical world. After building a career in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, Greg noticed people searching for answers outside of themselves for personal solutions, which inspired him to research, shift, and dive into the magic of meditation and breathwork. His studies led him to understanding trauma and the human experiences from the works of Gabor Mate and Bessel Van Der Kolk to clinical literature on holotropic breathing and other conscious, mindful breathing techniques. Soon after, he felt a profound difference in his approach to life and his ability to handle stress and felt inspired to share his knowledge and experiences. Hosting group events as well as one-on-one sessions both in person and online, Greg's purpose is to share and help others be the best they can be in a world that doesn't teach us about emotional intelligence or healthy stress reduction mechanisms. His incredible work has touched everyday people in letting go of the baggage of past experiences that keep them in protection mode, and foster their inner connection mode.
