    Lori came from an athletic background and found yoga through a friend's Mom, that was a yoga teacher. She immediately became hooked and her yoga practice gave her insights into her fitness routine.

    KC started yoga after many years of working out in the gym. She was looking for a practice that integrated movement and meditation, and explored various yoga classes and styles in yoga studios and meditation centers.
