Everyone wants to stay healthy and live forever, and everyone wants to find a way to do that. But there is no magic pill which can be popped to achieve this. That said, there are some ways and techniques which can not only make one stay healthy and fit but also increase one's life span. While, and this is mostly accurate, the factors which are behind one's long life are mostly biological and out of our control, there are certain factors which are under our control and which can be regulated to help us achieve a long and fruitful life.
