Okay
Was okay,it has mostly the story line of women abroad and different perspective of their lives. I didn't much enjoy the narration because of the weird way Westerners pronounce our Indian words and also didn't much enjoy the tone.
otherwise it is good for short time pass listen.

beautiful stories
The stories are essentially Indian and it would have been better if read by someone with those softer tones. Judith West is a fine reader but her pronunciations and the matter of fact voice did not match the mood of the stories. sorry Judith no harsh feelings intended towards you, just giving an unbiased opinion. Bengalis do have a particular way of narrating. I missed that.

Spoilt by narrator
The accent adopted by the narrator felt so fake.
Better to get a good Indian narrator for books with Indian protagonists or those set in India.

The voice of the narrator
The voice of the narrator is a bit irritating especially for a setting in india. Just could not listen as it was very distracting

Unbelievable narrator accent
The narrator is so bad i am unable to get past the first few sentences!!! This is no way to treat one of the most beloved writers from India, by giving them a narrator with a thick Portuguese accent. Be better, Audible!!!

Worst Narration Ever!
The narrator makes a mockery of an Indian accent ruining the whole feel of the book. There are so many Indian narrators that would have done a much better job.
