Branding form A to Z: Brand-Sociologist Prof. Dr. Arnd Zschiesche, often referred to as Germanys No. 1 expert on branding, is Co-Founder and since fifteen years managing director of the "Büro für Markenentwicklung" in Hamburg ("Office for Brand Development"). He is often called Germanys number one expert in branding. In 2021 "Reality in Branding" is his first book to be translated into English, "Green Branding" will follow at the end of the year. The author of 16 books on brand leadership is continuously present in the German-speaking media (among others ARD ‘brand check’, German TV). In all of his over 200 appearances as keynote speaker he has been fighting for an objective and appropriate handling of the subject brand and is well-known for his clear statements against the rampant advertising and marketing madness – respectively the targeted destruction of brand value. Since 2011 Arnd Zschiesche is lecturer for Brand Sociology and Brand Management at the University of Lucerne Economy and he regurlarly helds lectures at the University of Hamburg. Since 2021 he is Professor at the FH Westküste University of Applied Sciences in North Germany. For his own Eco-Design-start-up-brand wooden-radio based in Java (Indonesia) he received several awards. His talk topic is: Radical Focus! Achieving Brand power through compression.
