Camilla Neff was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Her childhood dream was to be married and raise a large family. After receiving the ARCT diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music in both Piano Performance and Piano Teaching, she enjoyed a career of teaching many piano students before moving to Seattle, Washington when she married her husband, Elliott Neff, in 2008. As a busy Mama of a crew of little blessings, she never envisioned herself authoring a book; but with the unexpected death of their first fullterm baby girl, Serena, in July 2009, and crossing paths with multiple mothers who underwent the same devastation, she felt a burning desire inside to bring the message of hope to them: a fruitful life can be lived after such pain. Thus, she found herself an author. Camilla continues to spend her time, nurturing and homeschooling their precious children, supporting her husband as a business owner and bringing hope and healing to others.
