My name is Dr. Rodriguez, and I have a busy practice. I also have suffered from back problems most of my life. When the back problem worsened to the point where my spinal cord became misaligned, I started taking too many pain pills and treatment by a chiropractor. I had wasted my time and money, and my stress threatened to overwhelm me because I did not get better. I sought help outside the normal bounds of medicine. I doted on my daughter and husband and only wished to have a happy life with them. I decided to delve further into alternative medicine, reading book after book, until I stumbled upon Reiki and yoga. My visits to a Reiki healer changed my life. My body, my mind, and my soul all began to heal. I learned how to perform Reiki on myself. For two years, I practiced Reiki and yoga faithfully. I continued to read, to learn. I found out about the practice of awakening the third eye. When I tried it, my life was further transformed—no more stress and anxiety. My mind is clear now since I know how to live in the present moment. Therefore, I can enjoy myself, my family, and my practice in plenty of ways. Its effects on me were profound. My view of existence completely changed. My body, mind, and soul continued to grow healthier. I realized I had come to know a healing practice used in ancient civilizations thousands of years ago. A practice that is still valid today. I could manage the energy surrounding me and confront different situations in my daily life. I continued to feel more and more confident. Not only that, I felt enlightened. I had learned some of the most profound truths about the Universe. I hope that by reading this book and doing the exercises I recommend, you will personally experience an expansion of awareness and your perspectives on existence, and you will not need to experiment further in the hope of finding the right path toward enlightenment.
